摘  要:本研究探讨初三学生的自我考试压力管理能力对考试应激的影响作用。对浙江省506名初三年级学生的问卷调查研究发现:控制焦虑、时间管理和延迟、前摄性应对等自我管理能力对考试应激的生理唤醒和心理反应两方面均有显著的影响;保持放松、应对生理反应、问题解决、控制不良情绪、考试目标调节和求助运用对生理唤醒和心理反应的因果关系均不显著;并且保持放松、控制焦虑、应对生理反应、问题解决、控制不良情绪、时间管理和延迟、考试目标调节、求助运用和前摄性应对相互间呈现显著的中度正相关。This study discussed the effects of 9^(th)-grade students' self-management ability on exam Stress.With questionnaires we surveyed 506 third-year of students junior high school in Zhejiang Province and found that self-management ability such as control anxiety,time management and delay,proactive coping significantly affected the physical wake-up and psychological reactions of exam stress;keeping relaxed,dealing with physiological reaction,solving problems,controlling bad emotions,adjusting exam objectives and seeking help did not affect the causality of physical wake-up and psychological reaction significantly;and keeping relaxed,controlling anxiety,dealing with physiological reaction,solving problem,controlling bad emotions,time management and delay,exam objectives adjustment,seeking help and proactive coping showed a significant inter - moderate positive correlation.
