摘 要:[目的]开展应急型食品微生物学综合性实验教学改革,探索我国应急型公共卫生人才培养模式的建立。[方法]选择预防医学食品安全专业2006级本科生为教学对象,设计食源性致病菌检测综合性实验,参考国家及省级疾病预防控制中心(CDC)应对突发公共卫生事件微生物检验程序,实施教学改革,加强食源性疾病的调查与控制内容的学习,由学生自行设计、动手操作、分析讨论、提交检验报告。[结果]通过教学改革,帮助学生巩固实验原理,掌握专业技能,增强生物安全意识,学生面对突发卫生事件时的现场指挥处置、微生物快速检测、事件分析报告等应急能力得到加强。[结论]本教学改革对于激发学生的创新能力,提高学生应急能力和实际工作能力具有重要意义。[Objective] To explore the emergency-type training model for public health talent in our country through the reform of food microbiogy experiment.[Methods] We chose the undergraduates of grade 2006 of preventive medicine food safety specialty for objects,designed comprehensive experiments of detecting food-borne diseases,referenced the emergency detective procedure from the center for disease control and prevention(CDC) of national and provincial to put in practice and then carried out the teaching reform to strengthen learning skills of the food-borne disease investigation and control.Students designed the protocol,operated experiments,analyzed data,discussed tests,and reported results under guidance of teachers.[Results] The study helped the students to consolidate experimental principle,master professional skills and enhance bio-security awareness.At last their capabilities of the scene disposal,rapid microbial detection,incident analysis and reports were improved.[Conclusion] The teaching reform is of great significance for students to stimulate creativity,improve ability to response to health emergencies as well as actual working capacity.
