摘  要:目的:探讨溶胶-凝胶法在纯钛表面制备不同厚度的二氧化硅薄膜对钛瓷结合强度的影响。方法:将纯钛试件随机分成四组。一次组、二次组和四次组钛试件分别经过一个、两个和四个(硅溶胶甩膜+热处理)周期处理,对照组未经过以上处理。在各组试件中份熔附Ti-22钛专用瓷,用三点弯曲法测试钛瓷分离时的载荷。结果:一次组、二次组、四次组和对照组的钛瓷的分离载荷分别为:6.040±0.798N、5.604±0.742N、6.081±0.947N和8.816±0.923N,实验组的钛瓷结合强度明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:不同厚度的二氧化硅薄膜均不能提高钛瓷结合强度。Objective:To investigate the effect of different thickness of silica film by sol-gel method on bond strength of titanium porcelain.Methods:Pure titanium specimens were randomly divided into four groups:specimens of group one times,two times and four times were subjected to one,two and four cycles of spinning coating and heat treatment,Specimens of controls had no further surface treatment.The thickness of silica film was measured by profilometer.The middle areas of the specimens were veneered with Ti-22 super porcelain.The load of the specimens was measured by a three-point bending test according to ISO 9693.Results:The thicknesses of silica film of group one times,two times and four times were 1.43±0.01μm,2.40±0.02μm and 4.00±0.02μm;The maximum load of group one times、two times、four times and control were 6.040±0.798N,5.604±0.742N,6.081±0.947N and 8.816±0.923N respectively.Conclusion:Different thicknesses of silica film have adverse effect on bond strength of titanium porcelain.
