摘　　要：本文通过对2008年绿园区部分食品从业人员进行问卷调查,了解了本区这部分人员的卫生知识与卫生行为现状。同时通过严谨的科学论证,探讨影响食品从业人员卫生知识与卫生行为的因素,寻求提高其卫生知识水平与改善卫生行为的对策。Basing on the 2008 questionnaires to part of the staff of the Green Garden Area Food employed people, we get a glimpse of the current situation of these people＇s hygiene knowledge and hygiene behavior. Through rigorous scientific studies, the paper explores the influencing factors for the employees of food industry hygiene knowledge and hygiene behavior to seek the solutions for improving the hygiene knowledge level and hygiene behavior.
