摘　　要：本文就如何结合社区教育工作,面对继续教育未来如何转型、如何为区域经济发展培养人才等若干问题,提出构建继续教育的多元化服务体系的观点。The article promotes some ideas on diversification of service frame by focusing on how to transit process and train talents for the regional area in the future combined with vigorous development of community education.
