摘　　要：在现今社会中,人们经常会碰到一个问题:很多具体的实践需要去完成,却苦于没有相关的经验而无从下手。这是因为,对于很多具体的实践知识而言,都只能在少范围内通过点对点的方式进行交流和传播,并且没有一个稳定可行的模式。本文提出一种解决这个问题的新的方案——以活动理论为依据,建立具体实践的"直通道",使实践者获得直观有效的行动指南。而因为实践直通道的建立,实践知识的能得到很好提炼、共享升华。In modern society,people frequently run into a problem： a lot of specific practice need to be done,but they do not know how to start,for having no related experience.This is because most specific practice knowledge can only be exchanged and disseminated personally,without a stable and viable model.Thus,this paper presents a solution to the problem： based on activity theory,it develops a ＂direct channel＂ of specific practice,so that practitioners receive direct and effective guidance for action.With the establishment of direct channel of practice,practical knowledge can be better refined,communicated and sublimated.
