摘　　要：焦虑因素是妨碍英语学习的不利因素,因此,高职院校英语教师有必要掌握英语专业学生英语学习焦虑产生的原因,并摸索出避免、减轻和消除学生焦虑情绪的方法,提高其英语学习能力。Anxiety is an obstacle to English learning, therefore, English teachers in vocational College need to know well about the causes of why English majors have language learning anxiety, and they also need to try to find out the ways to avoid, to lighten or to eliminate their anxiety so as to improve their English learning abilities.
