摘　　要：目的:了解要求再生育家庭眼病患儿疾病种类及病因,为预防其发生提供依据。方法:收集重庆市要求再生育家庭眼病患儿808例临床资料进行分析。结果:盲148例(18.32%),其中眼外伤致盲48例(32.43%)。眼遗传病626例(77.48%),其中单基因遗传病256例(40.89%);多基因遗传病370例(59.11%)。非遗传性眼病182例(22.52%),以后天性眼病(87.36%)为主,其中眼外伤占43.40%。结论:要求再生育家庭眼病患儿以遗传性眼病为主,但眼外伤是致盲的主要原因,应加强其预防。Objective：To understand and analyze the categories and causes of ophthalmopathy of the disabled children from the families applying for having another child in Chongqing so as to offer a clinical reference to reduction of blindness and visual impairment.Methods：Comprehensive analysis of the clinical data,based on 808 cases of ophthalmopathy of disabled children in Chongqing,was conducted.Results：There were 148 patients of blindness（18.32%）,48（32.43%） due to ocular trauma.The hereditary and non hereditary diseases occurred in 626（77.48%） and 182（22.52%） patients,respectively.The former included single-gene genetic diseases（256 patients,40.89%） and polygene genetic disease（370 patients,59.11%）.The latter mainly included acquired eye diseases（159 patients,87.36%）,and 69（43.40%） caused by ocular trauma.Conclusion：The hereditary ophthalmopathy is a major type of disease,but ocular trauma is the main cause of blindness.So precaution should be strengthened.
