摘　　要：针对当前军队医院多元化护理人员结构的格局,创立了网络环境下军队医院护理人力资源管理模式。依托"军卫一号"工程,我院研制开发了"军队医院护理综合信息系统","护理人力资源基本信息系统"和"动态调配"系统是其中的子系统。系统的应用,实现了军队多元化护理人力资源的有效管理和动态调配,减少了护理管理工作的盲目性,提高了科学管理水平。In the light of the current diversified nursing personnel structure of military hospitals, a human resource management mode of military hospital care under network environment is set up. Relaying on the No. 1 Military Medical Project, we researched and developed an Integrated Information System of Military Hospital Care, in which Nursing Human Resource Essential Information System and Dynamic Allocation System are subsystems, The application of the system realizes effective management and dynamic allocation of military diversified nursing human resource, reduces the blindness of nursing management works and improves scientific management level.
