摘  要:无人机自主飞行时,为了稳定由于三角转子发动机在进气压强变化、负载扰动时引起的转速波动,提出了基于进气量调节的自适应模糊控制方法。该方法以转速偏差和相邻转速差为控制的输入、以节气门开度调节量为控制的输出,通过调节节气门开度来调整进气量,进而依据空燃比匹配喷油量来控制转速。最后在发动机台架上对208 cm3排量的三角转子发动机进行试验,试验的目标转速为4 500 r/min,当进气压强降低6 kPa,节气门开度自适应增加2.7°CA,整个试验过程中转速一直稳定运行在4 500 r/min左右,发动机转速鲁棒性强。In order to hold the engine speed stability under load disturbances and intake pressure changes in independent flight of an unmanned air vehicle,an adaptive fuzzy control strategy based on intake flow adjustment was put forward.The inputs of the system were speed and speed error and the output was the throttle opening.An algorithm was proposed to control the engine speed by adjusting intake flow through throttle opening and regulating injected fuel quantity according to air/fuel ratio.Experiments on test bed for a 208 cm3 rotary engine demonstrate that goal speed of experiments is 4 500 r/min,when intake pressure is reduced by 6 kPa,throttle opening is increased by 2.7 °CA and speed always stablely works in goal speed,and the engine speed control has a strong robustness.
