摘　　要：目的:了解乳腺癌患者淋巴细胞活化及表面受体CXCR4、CCR5的表达,探讨乳腺癌患者体内的免疫应答。方法:收集94例乳腺癌患者及50例健康对照的抗凝全血,用流式细胞仪检测外周血淋巴细胞活化及第二受体CXCR4、CCR5的表达,并结合临床情况,分析受体表达与疾病进展的相关性。结果:乳腺癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞表面CXCR4、CCR5的表达明显高于健康对照组,其中早期无转移的乳腺癌患者淋巴细胞表面CXCR4、CCR5的表达显著低于已发生转移的乳腺癌患者;两种表面受体的表达与T淋巴细胞的活化成正相关。结论:乳腺癌患者淋巴细胞表面受体CXCR4、CCR5的表达与机体对乳腺肿瘤细胞的免疫反应及疾病进展密切相关。Objective：To study lymphocyte activation and expression of surface receptor CXCR4 and CCR5 in breast cancer patients,and investigate the immune response of breast cancer patients in vivo.Methods： The anticoagulate whole blood samples of 94 breast cancer patients and 50 healthy controls were collected.The lymphocyte activation in peripheral blood and the expression of 2nd receptor CXCR4 and CCR5 was detected by flow cytometry.Then the correlation between the expression of receptor and disease progression were analyzed.Results： The expression of CXCR4 and CCR5 in the surface of peripheral blood T lymphocytes of breast cancer patients was significantly higher than in the healthy control;And it was significantly lower in non-metastases patients than in patients with metastasis.The surface receptor expression and activation of T lymphocytes had positive correlation.Conclusion： The expression of lymphocytes surface receptor CXCR4 and CCR5 were associated with immune response to breast tumor cell and disease progression.
