摘 要:目的分析氯胺酮、水合氯醛和氨基甲酸乙酯三种不同麻醉药物对灰仓鼠的麻醉效果。方法将60只灰仓鼠(雌雄各半)随机分为6(A1、A2、B1、B2、C1、C2)组,每组10只,分别进行三种麻醉药物的效果测试,行腹腔注射麻醉,观察临床表现和诱导时间及麻醉时间。结果三种麻醉药物依剂量分为6组,分别在2.82±0.46min、3.50±0.47 min、2.14±0.24 min、2.68±0.49 min、3.16±0.16 min、3.67±0.33 min进入麻醉状态,维持时间分别为29.3±3.7 min、17.4±2.7 min、89.4±3.9 min、61.8±3.1 min、487.9±9.5 min、393.1±7.8 min;三种麻醉药物麻醉后,灰仓鼠的直肠体温分别为34.77℃、32.64℃和32.54℃。结论三种麻醉药物对灰仓鼠的腹腔注射麻醉是有效和安全的,在应用中可以根据实验需要选择不同的麻醉药物,为灰仓鼠得到广泛应用奠定基础。Objective To explore the effects of ketamine,chlora hydrate and ethylcarbamate in anesthesia for Cricetulus migratorius.Methods 60 Cricetulus migratorius were divided into six groups(A1、A2、B1、B2、C1、C2) with 10 Cricetulus migratorius in each group.Effects of three anesthetic agents were measured respectively.Six groups were anesthetized with injected intraperitoneal and the clinical situation,induced time and anaesthesia time were observed.Results The Cricetulus migratorius in A1 group that was given a dose of 0.1 mL /10g took 2.82 ± 0.46 min to be properly anesthetized and maintained for 29.3 ± 3.7 min with ketamine.In the A2 group receiving a dose of 0.08 mL /10g,the time of induction and maintenance was 3.50 ± 0.47 min and 17.4 ± 2.7 min with ketamine.In the B1 group with a dose of 0.06 mL /10g,the time of induction and maintenance was 2.14 ± 0.24 min and 89.4 ± 3.9 min in chloral.In the B2 group receiving a dose 0.04 mL /10g,the time of induction and maintenance time was 2.68 ± 0.49 min and 61.8 ± 3.1 min in chlora hydrate.In the C1 group receiving a dose 0.16 mL /10g,the time of induction and maintenance was 3.16 ± 0.16 min and 487.9 ± 9.5 min in ethylcarbamate.In the C2 group receiving a dose 0.12 mL /10g,the time of induction and maintenance was 3.67 ± 0.33 min and 393.1 ± 7.8 min in ethylcarbamate respectively.The rectal temperatures were 34.77℃,32.64℃ and 32.54℃ after the Cricetulus migratorus were paralysed by three anesthetic agents.Conclusion Cricetulus migratorius can be anesthetized with three anesthetic agents in a practical dosage by i.p.Three anesthetic agents are safe and useful in anesthesia for Cricetulus migratorius.
