摘　　要：目的:观察Hela细胞转染核心结合因子α1(core binding factor α1,cbfα1)后牙本质特异性蛋白表达的变化。方法:采用细胞培养、瞬时转染、荧光染色等实验方法,研究Hela细胞转染cbfα1后DSP、DPP蛋白表达的变化。结果:在Hela细胞转染cbfα1后,DSP、DPP蛋白表达量明显增强。结论:cbfα1可以调控非牙源性细胞表达牙本质特异性蛋白。Objective： To study the effect of core binding factor α1 on expression of Hela ceils of dentin special protein. Method： The Hela cells were cultivated. After transfected, the cells were stained. Result： After transfected, the expressions of DSP and DPP were significant enhanced. Conclusion： Cbfα1 could regulate the expression of dentin special proteins.
