摘  要:根据CarSim软件中路面文件的特点,建立了三维虚拟路面模型,验证了所建模型的正确性;结合建立的车辆模型在软件中进行了随机路面平顺性仿真分析,结果表明该车在常用车速下满足平顺性的要求。在仿真结果与试验结果对比的基础上,分析了产生误差的原因以及改进的措施。探索了在CarSim中建立虚拟路面的方法以及利用CarSim软件研究整车平顺性分析的途径,为进一步进行整车动力学分析提供了依据。Based on the characteristics of road file,the virtual road model was built in the software CarSim.Combined with the vehicle model,an analysis of simulating vehicle ride was made.The result of the simulation demonstrated that at the common speed the car could meet the comfort requirement.After compared with the simulating result and test result,the reasons of the error were analyzed,and some methods were proposed to reduce the difference.It introduced the way to build road model for vehicle ride comfort using CarSim,and this provides a basis for the further vehicle dynamics.
