摘　　要：信息素养被公认为是现代公民综合素养的基础,改善信息素养教育环境,是提高公民信息素养的重要基础,本文试就公共图书馆公民信息素养教育环境的构成因素进行分析,以期改善我国公民信息素养教育环境。It is universally acknowledged that information literacy is the basis of comprehensive quality of modern citizen.Improving the educational environment of information literacy is an important foundation of enhancing the citizen＇s information literacy.The paper analyzes the components of information literacy educational environment in the hope of improving the information literacy educational environment of our country citizen.
