关于高校创建学习型党组织的思考

摘　　要：高校创建学习型党组织,对于学习贯彻党的十七届四中全会精神,提高党员干部素质,促进高校科学发展有着十分重要的意义。在高校创建学习型党组织的工作中,要构建严密有效的工作体系和运行机制:强化目标愿景的导向是前提,抓好制度建设是根本,创新学习形式和载体是重点,把组织学习与个体学习统一起来是必经之路,凸显高校特色是关键,同时需要克服形式化、运动化两种倾向,以此提高高校创建学习型党组织的针对性和实效性。The construction of study-type party organization in colleges and universities has important significance in promoting the scientific development of colleges and universities,studying and implementing the spirit of the 4th plenary session of the 17th central committee and improving communist cadres＇ quality.In the construction of study-type party organization in colleges and universities,we must construct the strict and efficient working system,namely,strengthening the guiding role of learning objectives is the prerequisite,managing the institution construction well is the fundamental,innovating the learning＇s form and carrier is the emphasis,the unity of organizational learning and individual learning is an inevitable way,coming up the characteristics and reality of colleges and universities is the key issues,and so on,which improves the pertinence and effectiveness of construction of study-type party organization in colleges and universities.
