摘　　要：培育学校文化作为基础教育的重要方位,受到教育界前所未有的重视。学校文化对推进素质教育,增强学校的核心竞争力,推动社会主义精神文明建设具有不可或缺性。学校文化建设要坚持整体性、特殊性、方向性和渐进性原则,遵循价值观的形成规律,在定格设计、多元主体、制度保证、传播途径等方面做出抉择。School culture is very important for the basic education and its cultivation is paid unprecedented attention.It is indispensable to advance the education for all-around development,to enhance the key competitiveness of schools and to promote the socialist cultural and ideological progress.While following the formation rule of the outlook on values,the school culture reconstruction needs to insist on the principles of integrity,particularity,directivity and gradualness,and does the best in school culture design,diversified participant besides,system assurance,the distribution of news,and so on.
