摘　　要：加强应用化学专业硕士研究生创新能力培养,要建立健全创新体制机制;紧密结合教学工作进行,建立起产学研相结合的培养模式;加强导师队伍建设,组建科研创新团队;优化资源配置,实行仪器设备和优质教学资源共享。To strengthen the cultivation of postgraduates＇creative ability in applied chemistry,we should establish and perfect creative system and mechanism,set up the cultivation mode with the combination of production,learning and research,strengthen the establishment of teachers＇ ranks,organize scientific and research group,optimize resource disposal,and realize the co-sharing of instruments and choice resources.
