摘　　要：主要研究了硬盘磁头滑块二级台阶的刻蚀实验。首先研究了ICP刻蚀的刻蚀原理,然后根据二级台阶掩模版的设计要求,设计出掩膜版的图形,并通过ICP刻蚀机加工出磁头滑块。结果表明所提出的二级台阶的刻蚀工艺是合理的,且具有普遍性。Main research the second step of ICP etching about sliders for hard disk.First research the etching theory of ICP.andthcn basis the design demand of the second step mask,design mask and use ICP etching machine machined sliders for hard disk. The result s indicate that the process arc reasonable and universal.
