摘　　要：师生关系的建立,一般要经历产生-建立-发展-提高、由初级到高级、由量变到质变的过程。教育是在人与人之间交往中展开的,没有师生关系的交互性,就不可能有教育活动。在教育教学过程中,师生关系通过交往得以维系与进一步发展,师生在这种交往式教育中得以相互体认、彼此信赖、教学相长、达到理解,最终实现教育的价值。Generally speaking,the establishment of the relationship between teachers and students must pass through a process of origination-establishment-development-improvement,from stage to advanced stage,or from perceptual stage to logical stage.Education begins from communication between people.Were there no interaction teachers and students,there would be no educational activities.In the process of teaching,the relationship between teachers and students maintains and develops through communication.In this communicating education,teachers and students can recognize,trust and understand each other,and thus mutually promoting teaching and learning,and finally the value of education is realized.
