摘　　要：引进半群作用极限跟踪性的概念,研究了半群作用的极限跟踪性的拓扑共轭不变性,证明了有限积空间上半群作用具有极限跟踪性当且仅当每个半群作用具有极限跟踪性,以及半群S在X上作用的提升系统（X^-,S^-）的极限跟踪性蕴含基础系统（X,S）的极限跟踪性.The limit shadowing property of semi-group action of invariant topological conjugate is studied by introducing concept of limit shadowing property of semi-group action.It is proved that the finite product maps have limit shadowing property if and only if every map has limit shadowing property,and the lift system（,） has limit shadowing property implies basic system（X^-,S^-） with limit shadowing property.
