ERP环境下会计综合实训“课岗融合”教学模式初探

摘　　要：当前高职院校会计综合实训教学存在诸如内容缺乏全面性、过程缺乏职业性和手段缺乏先进性等种种不足。要走出这一困境,其课程设计就要打破原有以单项会计核算实训为主的内容结构,在功能强大的管理决策型软件ERP的支撑下,以企业经济业务为起点,以会计核算、财务管理岗位典型工作任务为载体,立足于学生职业能力的培养和知识技能的实际应用,采用课岗融合的教学模式,基于工作过程系统化来展现教学内容。In current higher vocational institutions,there are some defects in the teaching of comprehensive practice for accounting such as the lack of comprehensive contents,the lack of professional in teaching process,outdated teaching methods and so on.Supported by ERP system and based on the students＇ability to apply knowledge and skills,the new curriculum design carries out typical tasks of the accounting and financial management and breaks the old pattern,which focuses on the individual account experimental teaching.It uses the pattern of ＂fusion of teaching and working＂to expand teaching contents through systematization of the working process.
