摘　　要：介绍了工作分析的历史发展、理论及其工具类型,指出应在知识经济时期重新思考工作分析,并研究了知识员工和知识劳动的特征。This paper introduces the development history,theories and tool types of job analysis,points out that the job analysis should be reconsidered in the period of knowledge economy,and researches the characteristics of knowledge worker＇s knowledge work.
