新农村县域社区教育发展模式研究——以浙江省义乌市社区教育为例

摘　　要：新农村是指在社会主义制度下,反映新时期农村社会以经济发展为基础,以社会全面进步为标志的社会状态。社区教育是在一定的地域范围内,充分利用各类教育资源,旨在提高全体社区居民整体素质和生活质量,促进社区经济建设、社会发展和教育发展的教育活动。新农村社区教育是在县域范围内,充分利用城乡各类教育资源,旨在提高县域内全体成员整体素质和生活质量,促进县域经济建设和社会发展的社区教育活动。文章从目标任务、功能定位、管理体制、办学形式和保障机制等方面阐述了新农村社区教育发展的运作机制和工作方略。New countryside refers to the social state of the rural society in the new period which is based on the economic development and marked by overall progress of society under the socialist system.Community education is such activity in a certain geographical area which aims at enhancing all community residents＇ overall quality and quality of life by fully using various educational resources so as to promote the community economic construction,social and educational development.New countryside community education refers to the educational activity within the county which makes full use of various educational resources in the urban and rural areas,and aims at improving the overall quality and quality of life of all members within the county,promoting the county＇s economic construction and social development.This paper expounds on the operating mechanism and working strategies of the new countryside community education in terms of the target and task,function orientation,management system,forms of school running and security mechanism,etc.
