高校《瑜伽》选项课教学模式构建的研究

摘　　要：论述了高校传统公共体育课的教学已经无法适应现代社会。根据大学阶段学生的身心发展需求,在调研的基础上,分析了部分高校在公选课程中开设的瑜伽选项课的必要性,根据实际探索了构建《瑜伽》选项课的教学模式。It is expounded that the traditional teaching of public PE class can’t adapt to the modern society.Ac-cording to the psychosomatic need of college students,the necessity to set up the optional course Yoga in some colleges is analyzed on the basis of survey and the structure of its teaching model is researched practically.
