高校礼仪课程教学改革初探

摘　　要：在21世纪人才竞争的时代,高校礼仪教育是大学生素质教育重要的组成部分,对建设校园文化,创建和谐社会起着重要的作用。但在高校中礼仪课程教学还存在着教学理念与教学方法等诸多不足之处。针对礼仪课程的性质和特点,对高校开展礼仪课程教学提出了从学生主观学习意识和教师教学法改革及考核方式上做了一些有效的探索。In the 21st century it is the era of talent competition.The etiquette education in the higher education is an important part of college students＇ quality education,which plays an important role in the campus culture construction and a harmonious society.However, there are many shortcomings in teaching idea and teaching methodology.According to the nature and characteristics of the etiquette course,this article advises students to establish the subjective consciousness of study,teachers makes suggestions to change their teaching methods colleges explores some effective assessment methods.
