摘　　要：企业社会责任正成为理论研究的热点,但鲜有专注于高新技术企业社会责任的研究。结合高新技术企业的行业特点,运用利益相关者理论、企业契约论和制度经济学的理论构建了高新技术企业社会责任模型。Focus on the corporate social responsibility has been boosted up for many years,but few researches paid attention to the high-tech corporate social responsibility.On the basis of investigating the characteristics of high-tech corporate,the high-tech corporate social responsibility is modeled on the application the theory of stakeholder,corporate contract and institutional economics.The high-tech enterprise will enhance its core competitiveness by performing the social responsibility.
