企业高管团队战略决策机制权变整合模型的构建

摘　　要：围绕提交高管团队战略决策速度这一目标,以改进战略决策机制为出发点,分析了企业高管团队战略决策机制的权变因素,综合这些因素的特点并构建了企业高管团队战略决策机制的权变模型。研究结论显示:不同的团队领导风格、有无决策顾问的参与、冲突解决的好与坏、团队成员决策权的大小以及战略决策情境是否有利等因素对战略决策速度有重要影响。该模型为企业的战略决策提供了一个可资借鉴的分析框架,有效地保证了战略决策的速度和正确性的辩证统一。This paper takes the improvement of decision-making speed by management team as the research aim,and takes the strategic decision mechanism as the starting point.Firstly,we analyzed the contingency factors during the top management team to make strategic decision,and then constructed a contingency model for top management team to make strategic decision according to the characteristic of these contingency factors.The study showed that：the team leadership style,participation of the decision consultant,conflict resolution,the decision power of the team member and strategic decision situations etc.have the material effect on the strategic decision speed.The model provided the analysis frame for enterprise＇s strategic decision,and guaranteed effectively unify of strategic decision speed and the accuracy.
