摘　　要：做好高校统战工作是坚持和完善中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度的需要,是促进高校改革、稳定和科学发展的需要,是促进高校服务地方经济建设和社会发展的需要。切实做好高校统战工作,必须确定高校统战的重点,全面做好落实。同时,必须高度重视,加强党的领导,搞好统战工作人员队伍建设。To do the united front work well in colleges and universities is the need of persisting in and perfecting multi-party cooperation and political consultation systems led by the Communist Party of China,the need of promoting reforms in colleges and universities,and the need of advancing colleges and universities＇ serving the local economic construction and social development.Moreover,to do the work well involves focus clarification,overall implementation,great care,reinforcement of Party＇s leadership,and good construction of the united front staff.
