实验室安全的规范管理探索

摘　　要：高校实验室是高校教学科研的重要组成部分,是进行科学研究的重要基地,是进行人才培养和社会服务的重要课堂,若管理不当,就会引起安全事故,直接影响到学校广大师生的生命安全和财产损失,以及学校教学和科研工作的正常开展,所以高校实验室的安全管理是高校教学科研工作的重中之重。该文从管理学的角度,从以下6个方面讨论了有关实验室安全建设方面的问题;(1)健全领导和特殊岗位责任制;(2)抓住重点确保安全;(3)实验室要实行标准化管理;(4)建立健全应急机制;(5)强化环保意识,加强"三废"管理;(6)奖惩制度的建立。并提出了相应的对策和建议。As one of the most important components of university,the laboratory is the base for scientific research and play key role on personal training and social service in a university.The safety management of laboratory is a vitally important part in the daily research and education activities for a university,since if any mismanagement happened in the laboratory,it will become a direct cause of an accident and brings huge risks on the safety of people＇s life and property.In this paper,six aspects that related to the safe management of the laboratory in university was studied,and further countermeasures and advices were put forward as well from the view of management.These aspects are as follows： making clearly responsibility of special position and leadership;getting to the point to guarantee the security of laboratory;standardizing the management processes;building up the contingency handling mechanism;strengthening the environmental awareness and waste management;and establishing reward and punishment system.
