摘　　要：培养技能型应用人才是各高校的培养目标,而在技术日新月异的今天,制药行业新技术、新产品的不断涌现,很多制药实验室设备已经落后甚至被淘汰,可由于资金的原因,更新率低,一些学校仍在使用,对培养技能型应用人才很不利,而技能型人才的培养关键在于实践。为了学生更好的实践,制药专业(技术类制药方向)与企业进行了合作,取得了一些成功经验,对培养多层次、创新型、实用型人才具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。Training skill type application is the common goal of training and technological change in the pharmaceutical industry of new technologies and products are constantly emerging and laboratory equipment has been a lot of spirit of the backward or even eliminated,but owing to financial reasons,to update the rate is low,some schools use of trained personnel技能型application was a disadvantage,and the training of talented skill type the key lies in practice.To the students the best practice and pharmaceutical professional（technology pharmaceutical）and enterprises in the direction of cooperation achieved some success experience,training,innovation and practice type people with certain guidelines and examples.
