摘  要:与一般的教学管理软件相比,“军队院校教学工作评价管理系统”设计开发,存在许多特殊情况并由此引发出一些复杂的关系。认为,积极面对这些特殊情况,理顺个中复杂关系,主动采取相应措施,坚持做到主次分明,彼此兼顾,优势互补,分类指导,才能真正发挥该技术平台的综合效益。Compared with common teaching management software, there are some special circumstances, which give rise to some complicared relations, during the course of design and development of Teaching Appraisement Management System in Military Academy. We believe that we should be active in face of these circumstances, straighten out the relations, take corresponding measures and insist on distinguishing the primary and the secondary, giving attention to each other, having complementary advantages and guiding by classes, then we can bring the general benefit of the technical platform into full play.
