摘　　要：An irresistible trend of globalization presents people much more chance to communicate,during the process,culture conflicts caputure participants'attention gradually.Collectivism orentation of Chinese people and individualism orentation of American people give us a typical example.And following discussion will clarify it from three perspectives.
