摘　　要：通过比较社区卫生机构不同岗位工作人员对自身工作的评价发现,在新的社区卫生服务改革环境下,社区卫生关键岗位的组织协调工作量增加、开展工作的难度增大、需要更多创新性,医生的工作风险降低,但护理人员的工作风险增大。针对上述问题,提出在选拔和培训社区卫生机构员工时注意交流技能、建立相对灵活的工作机制、提高护理人员的全科技能、提高薪酬标准等建议。By comparing the community health institutions staff’s evaluation about their own positions,it is found that,in the new community health reforms,the organization and coordination works of new community health institutions positions increased,the difficulty of doing new jobs increased,the new job needed more innovative ability,the risk of a doctors’ work decreased,but the nurses’ risk increased.In order to improve the community health system based on the issues above,the selection and training of community health workers should pay more attentions to communication skills,the institutions should establish flexible working mecha-nism,enhance the nurses’ general medical technology,and increase the salary of general practice doctors and nurses,etc.
