摘　　要：给出了一般离散SIS模型及其动力学性态,并建立了带有脉冲接种的离散SIS传染病动力学模型,考虑了它的无病周期解的稳定性条件;给出了离散脉冲SIS传染病模型的基本再生数,它决定了传染病模型无病周期点的存在性及稳定性;最后用两种方法给出了带有脉冲接种模型的控制策略.The general discrete-time SIS model and its dynamical analysis were given, and then the discrete-time SIS epidemic model with impulsive vaccination was established, the stability of an infection-free periodic solution was analyzed. Moreover, the reproductive number was defined, which determines the existence and the stability of an infection-free periodic solution. Finally two control strategies were put forward.
