菊苣中一个新倍半萜类化合物的结构解析

摘　　要：目的:确证3aR-珊塔玛内酯的结构。方法:利用反复柱层析、制备TLC等手段进行分离,应用1H-NMR、13C-NMR、二维核磁共振(2D-NMR)、UV、MS和CD的测定对其结构进行确证。结果:利用二维核磁共振对新化合物3aR-珊塔玛内酯的1H-NMR和13C-NMR进行了全归属。结论:通过上述方法,确定新化合物3aR-珊塔玛内酯的结构。Objective： To identify the structure of 3aR-santamarin. Methods： A new sesquiterpenoid compound was isolated by means of chromatography on silica, gel. , PTLC. The structures were identified by ^1H- NMR, ^13C-NMR, 2D- NMR, UV, MS and CD analysis. The absolute configuration was determined by CD. Results： In this paper all the 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR signals of the 3aR-santamarine were assigned unequivocally by means of two-dimensional NMR techniques. Conclusion： The structure of 3aR-santamarine was identified by above-mentioned studies.
