湖南省中小学体育教师继续教育现状

摘　　要：以湖南省中小学1196位体育教师为研究对象,对其进行继续教育问卷调查。结果显示:无论是湖南省中学还是小学体育教师,占有绝对比例的体育教师选择在寒暑假进行继续教育;目前作为湖南省中小学体育教师继续教育的主要形式为网络远程教育;湖南省小学体育教师进行继续教育的主要渠道是县、区进修学校,并且继续教育的主要重点放在"发展体育教师的教学技能",而湖南省中学体育教师进行继续教育的渠道是普通高校的继续教育学院,继续教育的主要重点放在"重视教育研究能力的培养";湖南省中小学体育教师进行继续教育所需费用主要是个人承担。With the 1196 P.E.teachers in elementary and middle schools in Hunan province as the research object and with the research method of questionaire investigation,the paper reveals that most of the P.E.teachers of elementary and middle schools take the continuing education in the summer and winter holidays.The internet remote education is the main way of the continuing education.Most of the P.E.teachers of elementary schools have their continuing education in the training school in the town and pay more attention on the development of their teaching skills,while most of the P.E.teachers of the middle schools in Hunan province have their continuing education in the continuing education department in the ordinary universities and pay much attention on the development of research ability.The education fee is paid by the teachers themselves.
