摘 要:为了提高病理学全英文教学的质量,探讨了病理学全英文教学的难点和相应的解决方法。难点一是教材的选用,经过多年的教学实践,比较经典的病理学教材《Basic Pathology》成为主要参考教材;难点二是教学手段,比较有效的教学手段是利用多媒体教学加强学生对病理学这门形态学科学的理解;难点三是语言障碍,由于医学英语在全英文教学中的重要性,医学英语作为一门课程应安排在第一学年并保证有一年的学习时间,为专业课的学习打好扎实基础。In order to improve the quality of pathology teaching in English,we evaluated the difficulties in pathology teaching in English and their related solving methods.The first difficulty was selection of teaching book,according to many years of teaching experience,more classic book entitled Basic Pathology was selected as major reference book;The second difficulty was teaching method,multi-media teaching was more useful,which could strengthen the students to understand pathology as morphologic science;The third difficulty was language obstacle,because of the importance of medical English in English teaching,medical English should be one course and arranged in the first school year,which could become the solid basis for the specialized courses in the future.
