摘　　要：微格教学是训练师范生掌握课堂教学技能的有效方法之一。通过对微格教学和模式特征的理论分析,提出微格教学训练的组织与实施步骤、方法等,以促进师范生教学技能水平的不断提高。Microteaching is an effective way to train students who will become teachers upon graduation to master classroom teaching skills.Based on the theoretical analysis of microteaching and its mode characteristic,the paper gives advice on how to organize micro-teaching training and its steps and methods to improve the teaching level of students.
