摘　　要：介绍了高校网络教学资源的分类以及定义,总结了目前国内高校教学网络资源建设的主要内容,着重介绍了高校网络教学资源建设的原则。最后介绍了高校院系在网络教学资源建设中的各自任务分工。The definition and classification of the network teaching resources building in university are introduced in this paper.Contents of the network teaching resources building are summarized.Principles of the network teaching resources building are introduced mainly in this paper.The divisions of the network teaching resources building between university and its department are described finally.
