发展“劳力股”,开发人力资源

摘　　要：引用了“劳力股”这个新概念。它是按劳动者在企业生产经营管理岗位上工作的复杂性、承担的责任、环境的优劣和做出的贡献来计算的股权。本文从取得的原因、取得的数量、流动性和所承担的风险等方面,把劳力股与货币股进行了比较,阐述了劳力股在落实剩余价值理论、完善企业的概念、肯定劳动者的主人地位、增强企业的凝聚力、帮助企业担负其社会职能以及开发人力资源方面的意义。A new concept, labor stock is quoted. The amounts of labor stock shares issue according to staff′s type of work, responsibilities, work situations and contribution. Labor stock is compared with currency stock from some aspects, such as the sources of stock rights, the amount of shares, liquidity and risk premium of stockholders and so on. The importance of labor stock in specifying the theory of surplus value, perfecting the concept of enterprise, verifying laborer′s master position, enlightening the enterprise′s agglomeration effect is discussed. The last part of the paper is a survey of how to apply this new concept to practice.
