摘　　要：根据高等职业教育培养目标,杨州环境资源职业技术学院构建生物技术及应用专业"二平台+三阶段"人才能培养模式,并进行课程体系、教学内容选择、师资队伍建设和实践教学改革等配套改革,在具体实施过程中,以就业为导向,进一步加大校企合作力度;以职业为载体,构建基于工作过程系统化的课程;以训练学生基本实践技能为目标,实行实验室开放式管理;以激发学生兴趣为动力,改革传统教学方法。The reform and development of the construction of biotechnology and application specialty of higher vocational education should be employment-oriented,and make further efforts to increase school-enterprise cooperation;take occupation as the carrier,build systematic curriculum based on working process;take training students＇ basic practical skills as the objectives,implement open laboratory management;taking stimulation of students＇ interests as the power,reform traditional teaching methods.
