摘　　要：带薪实习教育是加拿大职业院校普遍采用的一种校企合作的教育模式,乔治亚学院在此方面取得成功的经验包括创新灵活的管理体制、良好的校企合作机制和满足学生不同的需求,借鉴加拿大职业院校实习教育的经验,我国职业院校应建立广泛、深入、持久的校企合作机制,并建立真正以学生为中心的服务型的校企合作实习教育体系。The paid internship education is widely used in Canada as a school-enterprise cooperation education model,the successful experiences in this area in Georgia Institute includes innovative and flexible management system,good school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms and to meet the different needs of students,from Canada＇s experience in vocational education training,the establishment of professional colleges should be broad,deep and lasting school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,and a truly student-centered service-oriented enterprise cooperation internship education system.
