摘  要:20世纪80年代形成的企业文化理论正在不断走向成熟,但是,还有许多企业文化理论问题需要深入研究。我们试图以"心理契约"假说为基础,对企业文化的"本质属性"、"生命周期"和"管理模式"等重大理论问题进行探讨,认为企业文化的本质是心理契约,企业文化生命周期包括五个阶段:科学设计期、人格化期、规范引导期、维护完善期和蜕变创新期,企业文化有四种管理模式,即潜意识无序管理模式、潜意识规范管理模式、有意识无序管理模式和有意识规范管理模式。The theory of Corporation culture is in the development to mature. There still have a lot of problems to research deeply during the development. We must pay attention especially for the nature of Corporation culture, life cycle of Corporation culture, management model of Corporation culture. The nature of corporate culture is psychological contracts. The life - cycle of corporate culture has five stages: scientifically design period, personification period, standardize and guidance period, maintenance and improve period, and innovation and moh period. Corporate culture has four kinds of management mode : subconscious and disorderly management mode, subconscious and standardize management mode, conscious and disorderly, and, conscious standardize management mode. Expecting this research can provide a perspective to the development of corporation culture theory and application research.
