摘 要:以啤酒酵母为指示菌,研究了海洋放线菌YT-10产抗菌物质的发酵条件。利用Plackett-Burman设计对影响YT-10产抗菌物质的因素的效应进行评价,筛选出具有显著效应的三个因素:葡萄糖、黄豆粉和氯化钠。利用响应面中心旋转组合设计优化三个显著因素,确定了葡萄糖,黄豆粉和氯化钠浓度分别为0.7%,1.3%,0.952%。优化后抑菌圈直径可达32.6mm,比原来增加了34.7%。Marine actinomycete Streptomyces sp. YT-10 could produce strongly inhibitive active substances against Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Plackett-Burman design was undertaken to evaluate the effects of the above factors. By the statistical regression analysis, the significant factors affecting the YT-IO producing active substances in liquid fermentation were determined as follows: glucose, soybean powder and NaCl. In the second phase of the optimization process, a central composite design was used to optimize the above critical internal factors. By solving the quadratic regression model equation using appropriate statistic methods, the optimal concentration of the variables were determined as: 0.7% glucose, 1.3 % soybean powder, 0. 952 % NaCl. Under the above medium conditions, the diameter of inhibition zone was 32.6mm, which increased by 34.7 %.
