摘　　要：以冰雪灾害为例,应用模糊聚类分析法研究了冰雪灾害的等级识别,并在等级识别的基础上应用人工神经网络法建立了冰雪灾害等级预测模型。该方法可以应用于其他灾种以建立较为完善的电力系统配电网灾害预警和防灾应急系统。Taking the ice-snow disaster as the example,the level identification of the ice-snow disasters was studied by applying the fuzzy clustering analysis method.On the basis of level identification,the model of forecasting the ice-snow disaster levels was then built by applying the artificial neural network.This method can also be applied to other disasters so as to establish a more perfect disaster prevention and early-warning emergency system of power system distribution network.
