摘  要:应试教育存在重规范性,轻生成性,重知识记忆,轻情感体悟,重社会本位,轻个体需要,重道德灌输,轻心理疏导,重激发焦虑,轻启发热爱等弊端。校园戏剧的文化功能不是单一的戏剧观演,而是多元的素质教育。校园戏剧依据自身的特质,对激发和提升作为全面发展的人所需的内在素质,诸如想象力、创造力、情感体悟能力、审美能力、内心的热情和爱等都具有积极意义,同时在培养团队精神、疏导负面心理方面也有切实的功效,对修正应试教育的弊端存在巨大的可能性。There are many defects in examination-oriented education, such as focusing on criteria, knowledge and memory, social standards, moral indoctrination and anxiety inspiration, while looking down on creation, affective understanding, individual needs, psychological guidance and passion inspiration. The cultural function of campus drama is not only an enjoyment of performance but a multi-functional form of quality-oriented education. Campus drama, based on its own characteristics, has positive influences on promoting students' overall development of inner qualities, such as imagination, creativity, affective understanding, aesthetic evaluation, and inner passion and love. In the meantime, campus drama is also very effective in cultivating teamwork spirit and easing negative psychological effects. In all, there is a huge possibility for campus drama to amend defects in examination-oriented education.
