摘  要:应用1∶3配比病例对照研究浙江省海岛肝癌高发区洞头县居民饮食方式与原发性肝癌发病的关系。调查发现海岛居民肝癌发病与食用被污染甲壳类海产品如虾蛄干、虾蛄、鲜虾皮和螃蟹等有较密切关系,苹果、桔子、西瓜则为保护因子。提示保护环境,少食甲壳类海产品。Incidence rates of primary liver cancer(PLC)in Dongtou county,zhejiang province are much higher than many other areas of CHina.To investigate the risk factors of PLC on the island citizens of Dongtou county,90 PLC patients and 270 matched controls were interviewed in this study.The results confirmed the positive relationship between the history of eating dry or fresh mantis shrimp,fresh shrimp,crab and PLC.An increase in fruit intake(apple,orange,water melon)is beneficial to prevention of PLC.This implied that the combined effects of some crustaceans intake need further investigation.
