摘 要:目的:提高低温植酸酶产量。方法:通过单因素和正交实验研究温度、pH、发酵时间、接种量、装液量对菌株Y1的发酵影响。结果:最适发酵条件为温度15℃,pH5.0,发酵时间24h,接种量10%,装液量200ml/500ml。其最终酶活力达到了162.39U/mL。结论:经单因素和正交实验研究后其低温植酸酶酶活力比优化前提高了29.43%。Objective:The purpose was to enhance the output of cold-active phytase.Method:The fermentation conditions of Y1 including temperature,pH,fermentation time,inoculum size and liquid volume in flask have been studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments.Result:The suitable liquid fermentation conditions were temperature 15℃,pH 5.0,fermentation time 24h,inoculum size 10%,liquid volume 250mL/500mL.Enzyme production eventually reached 162.39U/mL.Conclusion:The enzyme activity of cold-active phytase after fermentation conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments was enhanced by 29.43% than that before optimization.
