摘　　要：在全球金融危机的影响下,高等教育的发展和学生就业问题已日趋严峻,高等院校要用清醒的思路,科学的措施来应对全球金融危机带来的不利影响,高等院校中的成人高等教育更要通过自身的教育教学和管理等方面的改革,抓住机遇、争取发展,在危机中重新创造生机。Under the influence of global financial crisis, the development of higher education and the student employment has become more and more rigorous. Clear ideas and scientific measures should be applied to deal with the negative effect on colleges of global financial crisis. So the adult education in colleges would get new chance of development through the innovation of teaching and management.
